Build salad in layers. Layer 1::
1/3 C Kale, ripped to bite size pieces (or about 22 grams)
Layer 2:
1/3 C Kale, ripped to bite size pieces
12 grape tomatoes, halved
12 black grapes, halved
Layer 3:
1/3 C Kale, ripped to bite size pieces
5 baby carrots, grated
Top with:
2 Tbsp oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
Mix up and serve.
