Steam or microwave
1 cup of Kale and put on your dinner plate.
Microwave
1 Amy's Kitchen Indian Samosa Wrap and place that on top of the kale.
Top with
1/2 cup yogurt (non-fat, greek) and 1-2 teaspoons spiced pumpkin seeds.
