Mango Kale and Nectarine Salad

A quick salad for dinner.

Mix, toss, layer, whatever you want to do to make the salad
1. 25 Cups of Kale, ripped to bit size pieces
1 nectarine, cut up with peel
1 mango, peeled and cut up
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted with spices (cinnamon, curry, chili)

Top with
2 Tbsp Fig Balsamic dressing (the new kind) only 30 calories for 2 T!!
