Saute til heated through:
3/4 Cup Fried Rice
12 grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 pear, chopped
 1 ear of corn, cooked with kernals cut off the cob and added to saute
1 ear of corn, cooked with kernals cut off the cob and added to saute1 tsp black pepper
Add, cover and wilt as desired:
1 oz white wine
2 cups kale, ripped to bite size pieces
