October Fruit Salad

To go with fresh, wild, Alaskan salmon filet - a fruit salad with kale.

Layer or toss:

1 C. Kale, ripped to bite size pieces
1/2 red pear, chopped
1/2 persimmon, peeled and chopped
1 red plum, chopped
4 dried apricots, chopped

Dress with:
2 Tbsp Annies Naturals Tuscan Italian Dressing
