Mix, toss, layer make a salad using:
1. 25 cups Kale, ripped to bite size pieces.
4 oz chicken breast, spiced za'artar#6 and sliced
2 kalamata olives, halved
4 green castle verano olives, halved
8 cherry tomatos, halved
2 Tbsp Fig balsamic dressing
Sprinkle on top:
1 Tbsp toasted and spiced pumpkin seeds
Rated a 4.7 on the Kale Scale
