Saute:
1 tsp olive oil7 green onions, chopped white part only
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 sweet red pepper, sliced in strips
1 roma tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
Toss in and continue saute:
1 grapefruit, halved, sectioned -squeeze in the juice too2 clementines, sectioned
1 oz white wine
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Add, cover and wilt:
1 cup red kale, chopped to bite size pieces
